How to Book
Reach us via our website enquiry form, email at [email protected], or WhatsApp at +20 122 102 9071. Tell us your travel dates, group size, and any preferences.
Within 48 hours we will send a tailored itinerary with a detailed price breakdown. We will discuss any adjustments until the programme is exactly right for you.
Once you approve the proposal, we issue a secure payment link for your deposit. Your booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a written confirmation from our team.
The remaining balance is due according to your tour type (see schedule below). In most cases this is settled upon arrival — no chasing emails, no last-minute stress.

Amendments to Your Booking
We understand that plans evolve. If you need to adjust your itinerary — changing dates, adding or removing services, or amending group size — please contact our operations team as early as possible. We will check availability and advise on any cost implications. Amendment requests made fewer than 7 days before arrival may not be possible to accommodate. Minor changes are generally free of charge; significant changes may incur supplier fees.
Cancellation Policy — Standard Season
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation charge is calculated as a percentage of the total confirmed tour price.

Cancellation Policy — Peak Season
Stricter cancellation terms apply during high-demand periods. If your trip falls within a peak season window, the following charges apply instead of the standard schedule above.

Cancellation by Top Class Egypt Travel
In the unlikely event that the Company is required to cancel your confirmed tour, you will be offered either a full refund of all payments made to us, or a rescheduled tour on alternative dates at no additional cost. The Company is not liable for additional expenses independently incurred by the Client — such as international flights or accommodation booked outside our arrangements — in the event of a Company-initiated cancellation.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is due under the cancellation schedule above, we process it promptly and transparently. Here is how it works:
⏱ Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of the written cancellation being confirmed by our team.
💳 Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank transfer fees incurred during the refund are deducted from the refund amount.
🎟 Credit Voucher Option
Where eligible, you may opt to receive a credit voucher instead of a cash refund. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date and are transferable to another traveller upon written request.
🚫 No-Show Policy
No refund will be issued for a no-show against a confirmed reservation, regardless of the reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Postponing Your Tour
You may request to postpone your tour to a future date, provided that no hotel, flight, or cruise bookings have yet been confirmed on your behalf by our operations team. Once the postponement is agreed in writing, any subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled dates will be subject to the standard cancellation policy calculated from the date of the new confirmation.
